30-Day Returns

Not the right fit? You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unworn, unwashed item with original tags attached for a full refund to your original payment method.

How to Start a Return

1. Email gsp@mvpmarketplace.net with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply with a return authorization and a prepaid return label.
3. Pack the item(s) in their original packaging, attach the label, and drop it off.
4. Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days of the return arriving at our warehouse.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? The fastest way is to return the item and place a new order — exchanges ship free when the original purchase qualified.

Final Sale Items

Items marked "Final Sale" at checkout cannot be returned or exchanged. Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items.
