Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email the moment your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Shipping Rates

• Complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $75.
• Orders under $75 ship at a flat rate of $6.95.

Delivery Estimates

• Standard (5–7 business days) — free over $75, otherwise $6.95.
• Expedited (2–3 business days) — calculated at checkout.

Delivery estimates begin once your order ships and are not guaranteed. We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Order Issues

If your tracking shows delivery but nothing arrived, or your package arrived damaged, contact us at gsp@mvpmarketplace.net within 14 days and we'll make it right.
